Just how long does it take to break a bad habit? To create a good one? I’ve heard everything from 21 days to 6 months. I was just wondering, because I’ve been trying to break the elevator habit. Or, if you want to keep a positive spin on it, I’ve been trying to create a stairs habit.
I started last week, and this morning was the first morning that I didn’t automatically go to the elevator upon my arrival. I think that’s progress!
