I’m way too sedentary. I realize that. I also realize that my body needs movement and motion in order to become healthy.
I’ve found a place that will allow me to use their walking track for free – and it’s actually on my way home.
This morning as I was gathering everything that I would need for the day, I grabbed a pair of sneakers, a t-shirt and a pair of athletic socks.
I will stop there on my way home from work.
I will walk for 30 minutes.
I will try to break a sweat.
